Prospects of innovative development of the Far East: territories of the advancing development
In article topical issues, the present stage of economic development of the Far East of the Russian Federation are considered. One of instruments of this economic development of the region is formation of territories of the advancing development which can be considered as one of possible ways of interaction of subjects of the Far East federal district with the countries of the Pacific Rim. Features of territories of the advancing development, criteria of reference of subjects of the Far East to territories of the advancing development, and the main preferences for residents of these territories are noted. Algorithms on estimation of prospects of activity of territories of the advancing development are also given in article. On the basis of the conducted theoretical researches, criteria for evaluation of efficiency of activity of territories of the advancing development are defined. As a result of the analysis of criteria, the mathematical model on estimation of efficiency of activity of territories of the advancing development which has visually shown that at the developed economic situation in the country, the optimum number of territories of the advancing development in the Far East at which the maximum indicator of efficiency of their activity is reached equals the 8th has been developed
