Innovative territorial clusters Tomsk region: results of three years
The article made an analysis of the results of the monitoring activities of the participants of innovative territorial cluster — «Pharmaceuticals, medical technology and information technology Tomsk region» (hereinafter — Cluster) for 2013-2015. The analysis showed that for three years has seen a steady growth of financial and economic performance of organizations – participants of the Cluster. There is a significant increase in production volumes of organizations, produced with the use of equipment, acquired at the expense of subsidies from the federal and regional budgets. During the three years of the cluster finally formed, we have established stable partnerships between its members, formed promising cluster projects. Further efforts will be concentrated on the promotion of cluster products on Russian and foreign markets
