Innovative start-ups in Russia: functioning problems and major success factors

Innovative start-up companies become a significant element of Russian national innovative system. Investment activity in our country increases — financing of Fund of assistance to innovations was increased in 2015 to 8,5 billion rubles — that is 2,2 times more in comparison with 2014. Existence of the connected problems of the methodological, established, organizational, marketing and investment character interferes with development a startup business in the Russian regions in modern conditions. One of actual problems of organizational character is absence of uniform approach to understanding of key factors of success in creation and development of start-ups. Creation of the unified recommendations system of “competent” startup business becomes the actual theoretical and practical task, demanding scientific justification. It is necessary to solve an organizational definition problem of the basic rules of conducting innovative business for prevention of widespread mistakes and increasing of its efficiency. The complex solution of these problems will promote successful functioning of the innovative enterprises and will create favorable conditions for realization of innovative model of competitive and steady economic system of the Russian regions
