The mathematical and methodical provision of the innovation ecosystem in the problem of the Car Exhaust Emissions neutralization

The most common methods of neutralizing harmful car emissions are based on catalytic neutralization. The innovation project is directed on criterion the systems of control over the catalyst temperature according to the harmful emission minimization. The control systems connected with GLONAS allow to look after neutralizing process together with phone concentration estimations. The basic chemistry reactions and mathematical models based on them are cited. The development of proposed approach in open innovation conditions based on other science, f. e. the chemistry reactions kinetics. This way allows to create effective systemsbased on platinum catalizator of the Car Exhaust Emissions and to improve cities ecosystem and according innovation ecosystem
