Technology transfer as a factor of progress of regional innovation system

The article describes the process of technology transfer in Krasnodar region, occurring in view of the infrastructure features of regional innovation system, identifies factors that impede to effective technology transfer and development of the region. Reviewed such an element of regional innovation system of Krasnodar region as small innovative companies, particularly considered small innovative companies of leading universities of the Kuban region, as well as their role in the development process of technology transfer
