Self-organization in scientific and technical environment and innovative medii in Eurasia project

We consider forming of innovative — active media on Eurasian area from point of view of synergetics and the theory of reflexive control. The principal difference between aims, infrastructures and algorithms of creating innovation media needed for Eurasian project and them in contemporary Russia revealed.
