System dynamics application for knowledge management system description
This article describes the use of system dynamics methodology for knowledge management investigation. Model of a knowledge management system in the form of causal loop diagram was developed. This model shows main feedback loops and their influence on company growth rate and learning performance. On the base of this model proposed tasks system and control criteria
