The current state and prospects of innovative development of the Tomsk region

The work is devoted to the development of the innovation system of the Tomsk region and reflects its current state. The results of a study of innovative activity in the region are presented. The concept of «INO Tomsk», as the basis of the region’s innovative strategy, determines the innovative strategic vector of economic development in the Tomsk Region. A special role is given to the ecosystem supporting high-tech science-intensive business in the region. The roadmap for the development of the National Technology Initiative in the region identifies key activities aimed at uniting the mechanisms for supporting NTI projects. It is shown that Tomsk, as a center of innovative communications, represents a platform for the exchange of best practices and best practices in the field of innovation. The development prospects of the regional innovation sphere are presented.
