A local mathematical model of a preparing data for comparing innovative objects

The article considers the task of multi-criteria comparison of innovative objects (alternatives) in the conditions of subjectivity of expert data. The method of hierarchy analysis is chosen as the basis. The purpose of the study is to reduce the inconsistency of expert estimates when ranking innovative objects (alternatives). This method is expanded by the mathematical correction model. The mathematical model of the correction of weights allows us to obtain a vector of correction factors. At the penultimate step, the vector of correction coefficients is introduced into the hierarchy analysis method in the pivot table, which allows you to rank objects and make selections in the presence of many partially consistent estimates of objects.
