Innovative eco-efficient technologies of small businesses in the development of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to topical issues of application of environmentally safe technologies for small businesses in the development of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. Today we have a unique situation. Russian small innovative business have a position to develop advanced technologies in the field of ecology of mining operations, environmental transport of petroleum products, energy efficient pumping units and highly efficient methods of purification of contaminated water and ice from the oil. As an example of innovative eco-efficient technologies are presented the development of small innovative enterprise (The Lab Tech «Cribrol»), which operates in the field of environmental projects. The solution of the problem of ecological safety is possible through the formation of the priority markets associated with the development of the Arctic. Priority of the market for the Arctic regions of the Russian Federation is a non-raw market with high export potential and import substitution potential, which could be a implemented in innovative territorial cluster. According to the results of the study the authors prepared the main conclusions and recommendations
