Factors and mechanisms of internationalization of the innovation clusters

The present work is devoted to investigation of the nature of the factors and mechanisms of the internationalization of innovative clusters (IC). Showing factors of internationalization of innovative regional clusters in the dynamics of the development of technological innovation and socio-cultural processes taking place in a modern and opening world. Based on the factors of internationalization of the IC, an attempt to summarize certain elements of internationalization, which as shown in the work, these are the basis for building a balanced mechanism and strategy for the internationalization of innovation clusters
