Problems of introduction of innovations on an example RVS-technologies
The components of the effect of the RVS-technology (RF patent № 2266979), obtained by the recovery and improvement of the machines and mechanisms performance without their decommissioning. The specific reasons for the low susceptibility to innovation in our country are analyzed. In this paper, we offer solutions to problems of implementation through hardware-based performance monitoring mechanisms and the restructuring of the wage system in the enterprises. The proposed solutions can be useful for promoting the efficiency of labor in the real sector of the economy
