An Innovative Renovation of the Territories as a Socio-Economic Basis for Social Development: the Experience of Hamburg
The transformation of territory in Hamburg and the role of modern planning of old districts for positive socio-economic development in some cities are discussed. The infrastructure transformation system as a part of the evolution process is focusing on improving the quality of life of the population.
