State Funds for Support of Scientific, Scientific-Technical and Innovative Activity: the State, Problems, Perspectives
Financing of R&D remains a relevant issue, because in market conditions government sources are scarce and private demand for R&D is volatile and highly tailored. That is why other forms of financing, particularly grant financing from funds, are of higher importance. The article considers performance of state funds supporting R&D and innovations in Russia. The authors analyze the legal basis of their activities and their financial situation. This article highlights the critical issue of activity of these funds, as well as possible ways of their solution.
