The Effectiveness of Business Incubators as an Element of the Spin-Off Strategy in Universities

The paper examines the approaches to assessment of the effectiveness of business incubators from stakeholders’ vision. The focus is at the universities that develop their strategy of knowledge and technologies commercialization via business incubators (the residents are considered as spin-off companies). The system of indicators of business incubators’ effectiveness is proposed, and the approach on the base of real options assessment is developed.
