The Concept of Sectoral Innovative Systems for Economy Modernization and Improving Competitiveness: Methodological Problems and Russian Experience
Sectoral innovation systems are explored as a networking, self-organizing, opened complex adaptive systems, marked by non-linear interactions between agents. Institutional approach, developed by the author, was used for the SIS in NN assessment. Information platform for the assessment was built in NANORUCER project of the EC 7th Framework program.
