Features of the assessment of the professional level of the employee

Active implementation of professional standards and educational standards of a new generation oriented on them entails revision of approaches to formation of educational programs of educational institutions of different levels and approaches to certification of employees. The paper deals with such topical issues as: compliance of educational programs with the needs of consumers of educational services; the role of scientific and publication activity of the teaching staff in the training of qualified specialists; requirements and methods of assessing the level of qualification. As an assessment of the qualification level of the teaching staff, the authors propose a four-factor system of individual assessment of the employee's compliance with the occupied or desired position and the established appropriate level of remuneration
