The fourth technological revolution and new meanings Russian global policy on the horizon in 2035

This paper is devoted to analysis of the ethical problems of modern technological revolution, which brings unpredictable future in terms of social relationships. Global economic and political processes do not make us confident that technological achievements wouldn’t serve exclusively the egoistic interests of selected groups of wouldn’t go to the hands of criminals and murderers. It means that technological development may bring the consequences that are 100% opposite to what was initially planned. Having this in mind, Russia, with her centuries long tradition of humanism and social justice has a unique chance to play it role in the history of mankind by suggesting the Christian values of equality, social justice and mutual help as major drivers of global technological development and universal criterions of its progressiveness
