National innovation system of China: foundation and transition

Features of formation NIS in China at different stages of development of the country are analyzed. Key elements НИС and factors, their forming are defined. Influence NIS on dynamics and a vector of evolution of scientific, technical, economic potential of the Peoples Republic of China is considered.
