Problems of realization by Higher education institutions of the right for creation of commercial company and partnership
Article is devoted to the problems arising in practice of creation by Higher education institutions of commercial company and partnership which activity consists in practical application (introduction) of results of intellectual activity. In article the reasons of decrease in interest from Higher education institutions in creation of economic societies are analyzed and possible ways of overcoming of some problems.
