Increasing the region's innovative attractiveness to overcome the crisis
The article is devoted to the influence of the region’s innovativeness on the stability to the unfavourable economical conditions. It’s shown that the innovative potential in modern situation in Russia is the priority in the regions competitive potential for the effective economics development. The rating of 20 best regions based on the official statistics of 2013 using indicators of innovative competitive potential is given. The typology of innovative attractiveness of the Russian regions was made in the context of two subfactors of innovative potential: producting of science knowledge and technical innovations and using the science knowledge and technologies in productioning. The spheres of possible using the ranks of the region’s innovative competitive potential for the regional and local authorities, federal government, international programs and scientific organizations is introduced
