Increase of economic efficiency of transportation in the Arctic
After a long period Russian Federation again started to focus on the development of Arctic. There is a complex state program under implementation which involves many federal administrative bodies. The goals of Arctic development assume the appearance of a wide spectrum of cargo flows, differing by their objectives and administrative divisions. Anyhow, a generic «supreme goal» is in increasing the economic efficiency of transportation in Arctic and reduction of the transportation expenses in the total cost of the delivered goods
