Technology Governance: foreign practices
Technology governance system is an essential part of a contemporary state. For Russia, building up such a system is very urgent for innovation support and economic modernization. In this regard it is important to explore foreign experience and target common governance problems beyond historical, economic and other contexts. In this paper we examine foreign approaches to studying and designing such systems with a focus on governance structures and linkages among their elements; systematize features and specificities of these structures and formulate recommendations for improving technology governance system of Russia.
