System aspects of procedure for selection and actualization of science priorities
The approach, experience and arrangements of selection and actualization of science, technology and techniques priorities were considered. Foundations of selection and actualization of science priorities were offered. Main scheme of this process and its detailed structural model were created. The model proposes selecting and actualizing science priorities by governmental strategic targets, as well as defining arrangements for stimulation and support of selected science priorities with regard to the obtained results
