Professional and public accreditation of programsof additional professional education in the framework of a systematic approach to the development

In the article, in the framework developed by the authors of a systematic approach to assessing the quality of programs of additional professional education (APE), criteria for independent professional-public accreditation programs are offered. Itself accreditation is considered as an external performance audit to improve the quality of programs and the system APE.
