This article is devoted to a problem of stimulation innovations with help of creative organizations and creative industries. In the article the program of Creative credits, which essence consists in support of small and medium- sized enterprises, is considered. These firms undertake to cooperate with creative organizations for the purpose of creation innovations. Experience of Manchester region, in which this program was realized within a year, is analyzed. By results of the analysis conclusions about efficiency of this program for development of small and medium business and also stimulation of innovations are drawn.
