Special Economic Zones and the Integration of their Experience for Innovative Development
While it is far still ambiguous practice of transfer of economy of Russia on an innovative way of its development proclaimed more than 10 years ago as a strategic national task, today rather sharply raises a question of need of an essential intensification and improvement of this process, including formations of innovative infrastructure necessary for it, including the corresponding organizational elements of economic character. The present article is devoted to some aspects of experience of creation already saved up in Russia in such purposes of special economic zones of technology development and industrially production types, further integration and use of this experience.
