In this paper a comparative analysis of the structure and the content of educational programs on direction “Management” as well as the conditions for their implementation is made. The results of an empirical study of student motivation in selecting areas of study “Management” and the degree of satisfaction with the process and results of their training are discussed. The directions of development of scientific and educational ties between Russia and Poland are suggested, and ways to improve the degree of integration of the Russian education system in the European scientific and educational space are proposed.
