The Paper describes authors’ experience of establishment and further development of Russia's first Master Degree Program on Technological Entrepreneurship in partnership with student business incubator «Quattuor Dimensionis». Analysis of foreign educational programs is being discussed in terms of how effectively they implement practice-oriented learning model. Current state of entrepreneurship activity among students in Moscow and St. Petersburg is being discussed as well. The process of establishing practice-oriented learning model in education is being described in fine details, the program for each semester is also deeply analysed, plans are given for further development of educational program.
