BI-solutions as a quality management tool in the company’s project activities

The article was analyzed the relevance of the use of Business Intelligence solutions in order to ensure the company’s competitive ability in the market. In addition, the article was described the possibility of using a business analysis tool by the example of a power engineering company that implements resourceintensive projects. The main problems of implementing such programs, ways to solve them and an example of the architecture of the Business Intelligence tool were considered in this research. Conclusions were drawn about the potentially useful effect of using the tool in the framework of project management, as well as the possibility of scaling the application of such solutions based on the results of the analysis
