Features of the strategic development of scientific and educational activities at high-tech enterprises

The article proposes a variant of the strategy for the development of scientific and educational activities at high-tech enterprises, implemented by corporate scientific and educational centers. The goals, formats and current areas of work of such centers are discussed in detail. For each area of work, tasks have been formulated, the solution of which ensures the achievement of the set goals. A list of measures is proposed to ensure the solution of the assigned tasks
