Model of national security of innovative educational system in the conditions of digitalization

The article considers the problem of the development of the national education system in the context of digitalization. The analysis of indicators of innovative and digital economy was carried out. The most important world trends, such as globalization and digitalization, which affect the requirements for human capital in the field of education and innovation, have been identified. The author's model of national security of the innovation-educational system of Russia is proposed. Based on the institutional approach, the most important institutional conditions for the effective development of the Russian economy and education in the context of digitalization are determined.
