State management of Russian science in the face of great challenges
The state of national science largely determines the protection of national interests from internal and external threats and significantly affects the innovative development of the country. This article, in terms of solving the problems of finding adequate answers to the big challenges listed in the Russian Science and Technology Development Strategy, addresses the problems associated with ensuring effective state management of science implementation of a balanced state scientific and technical policy. A critical analysis of the reform of the management of the national science is carried out, the process of forming priorities of scientific and technological development is assessed
