The survey of effective forms of high-tech industries innovative development on the basis of «triple helix» model: the case of Latin America

The paper explores effective forms of innovative development in «triple helix» model in case of Latin American countries. We identify problems and perspective of «triple helix» model in the context of universities, business and government interaction; determine mechanisms to stimulate actors in «triple helix» model for high-tech sectors of economy innovative development, to increase innovative growth in the region, to enhance the role of universities as partners in innovative projects
