The challenges of the contractual relationship between the defense industry enterprises and target enrollment students

This paper offers the analysis of the target education contracts made by the enterprises of the defense industry complex during the enrollment campaign of 2014. The analysis focuses on the cases of non-compliance with the Federal law «On education in the Russian Federation» and deviation from the standard form contract. The analysis provides ground for the consequences for the establishment of the legal and financial basis for the effective application of the target education
