Considered with innovative potential formalization of the processes of the life cycle of the weapon system in the form of information-system axioms, information and system process models, life cycle, quantitative measures and scales of informativeness, accuracy, adequacy, disorder, disorganization. Formalization adapted to new requirements in support of the contracts life cycle of the weapon system and provides: an account of the interconnectedness of all life cycle phases from development to disposal; focus on acceleration, the minimization of costs, the provision of guarantees.
