Agenda of innovation infrastructure in Russian Federation

The article describes the problems of state support of innovation or knowledge infrastructure in the Russian Federation. Among the problems: a mismatch between goals of innovation infrastructure and the needs of the Russia economy, lack of coordination of the various state support mechanisms in this sphere, as well as low quality of effectiveness evaluation. Possible directions of improvement of state policy in this area could be a transition to the service model of functioning of the innovation infrastructure, and scaling of network forms of cooperation, such as clusters and technology platforms. In addition, innovative infrastructure could become a resource for the transition to the innovation ecosystem and the method of integration of Russian companies to new global investment markets and multi-sided markets of goods and services
