Methodological aspects of definition technology level development of industries
The presidential Decree No. 596 «About the long-term state economic policy» is one of the main policy documents that define targets for the development of high-tech and knowledge-intensive sectors. The methodology for defining industries by level of technology didn’t exist at the time of publication of this Decree. This article analyzes the approaches to the definition of key terms in these areas developed by Rosstat.
