Comprehensive modeling of socio-economic phenomena: problem of definition and useof institutional functions in the analysis of national innovation systems
The article assesses research works on institutional functions of national innovation systems, taxonomy of functions of the innovation system as well as research approach using the functions in the analysis of innovation systems of different levels at different stages of development. The main focus of this study is to develop an integrated approach to multi-level modeling of complex socio-economic phenomena.
