Realization of the model of open innovationas a form of technology transfer and management of intellectual capital science intensive enterprises
Defines the principles and mechanisms of «open innovation», directed at use of own and external knowledge and development, as a form of improvement and development of advanced technologies of science intensive enterprise. A model of open innovation, giving justification for the processes of the organization of technology transfer and management of intellectual capital. It is shown that application of the model of open innovation will optimize innovation and minimize risks when developing new products. Realizability model of open innovation is considered by the example of implementation of the investment project intensive enterprises together with the specialized universities and the Russian Academy of Engineering.
