Management of economic resources of small enterprise as instrument of decrease in risks
In this article the factors defining emergence and formation of risks in the environment of small business are considered. Possible measures for the prevention of consequences of possible risk are analysed. The factors constituting the greatest danger to small business, and also making positive impact on competitiveness of the enterprise are allocated and systematized. Need of existence of multiple- factor model of an assessment of risks is proved. On the basis of the conducted research by authors the problem of resource providing not only the current production activity, but also strategic development of small business is noted. Thus one of the key reasons of low efficiency of the Russian enterprises designates an insufficient readiness of methodology of the balanced integrated resource management.
