How to ensure the transition of agriculture to innovative way of development (regional aspect)
The system of institutions, which ensure the transformation of agriculture to the innovative way of development on the example of the North-West of the Russian Federation is presented, the gaps of the existing federal and regional agrarian policy are analyzed and the ways of its improvement are proposed.
