Methods for assessing the risk of innovative projects of scientific and technical products (STP) introduction
This article deals with the problems that arise when predicting risks of innovation and investment projects of scientific and technical products ( STP) introduction. The main methods of risk assessment have been considered in the application to the innovative design, analyzes the main problems of the existing methods. Based on this analysis, recommendations on the use of intelligent technology to solve such problems are developed. Shown the substantiation of the benefits of using a combination of expert methods and intelligent technologies for risk assessment of innovation projects, and an algorithm for their use. On the basis of this algorithm are given guidance on the construction of a risk management system (RMS) for the implementation of innovative projects of STP intoduction.
