This paper shows a method of analysis of the pre-perestroika divisions aircraft manufacturer, engaged in the development and formation of various plans and technical progress, the division of responsibilities among the performers on the implementation of activities, monitoring their implementation and reporting. Compares the positive aspects of these methods work with the results of the implemented system and the innovative development of lean production in the modern aviation enterprise.
