Staffing problem areas identified in the forecast for Scientific and Technological Development of Russia until 2030

This paper discusses various models of rapid response to problems staffing promising areas of science and technology: a model for creating your own training system, the model infrastructure borrowing in foreign countries for training their own personnel, the model of attracting foreign personnel in the country and the revitalization of local researchers. Made recommendations for the implementation of each of the models.
