The Innovation Development Programme of the Kazan Helicopter Plant
The article is devoted to realization of the innovation development programme of the Kazan Helicopter Plant. It is done an accent on creation of new competitive technics and their modernization (the helihopters Mi-17V-5, Ansat, Mi-38). The author describes how the plant is being developed the innovation infrastructure elements. The article has given the detailed analysis of the programme for technics rearmament, introduction of information technologies, growth of energy effectiveness. The analysis is done in this way of the plant's innovation development and growth of labor efficiency. The author considers in detail leading projects of advanced management technologies in the plant's staffing policy. He describes the Programme for training of perspective personnel in the school-and-gymnasium no.8 for entrance to special universities and future work in the plant.
