The Role of Marketing in Creation of Innovative Products for Civilian Purposes at the Military-Industrial Enterprises

The article presents the importance of a marketing approach to the creating of innovative products in the framework of Ryazan State Instrument-Making Enterprise’s achievement of commercial success in the industrial markets. The output of the devices for intraocular pressure measurement which have no analogues in the world into Russian and international markets is given as an example.
