Corporate Venturing is the Most Important Mechanism of Open Innovations
This paper gives an overview of the world practice of corporative venturing, it is presented a short analysis of Russian data on VC investment. The collected data shows the efficiency of CV funds, investing in Russia. The cases and statistics of corporate venture ecosystems including the Statoil (Norway)'s experience are presented.
