Formation and Development of Competence Centres and Technology Advantage in the Avionica Moscow Research and Production Complex JSC
In this article the Avionica MRPC JSC's experience of excellence and technology superiority centres forming, as well as their development trends are analyzed. Modern system for management of company’s innovation activity and its capabilities for development of breakthrough technologies and generation of new “growing points” are demonstrated.
