Transition to the new economic policy of Russia: response to threats, challenges and risks

In the period of the pandemic, with the emergence of new threats, challenges and risks, the limited possibilities of currently used economic theories, models, formats and approaches have become particularly clear, since they do not provide economic growth and on its basis increase the level and quality of life, exacerbate inter-country competition, deepen internal and external contradictions, social inequality, are the basis of military conflicts and new types of hybrid wars. The paper considers new guidelines and goals, the ideology necessary to achieve them, as well as possible approaches to the new economic policy using strategic planning, the formation of a new economic model and improving the management of scientific and technological development — as the main factors of economic recovery and subsequent growth in the medium and long — term periods
